Dear All:
Good Day!
The HYBCO trail Yoga retreat was held last week and it accomplished our
goal of finding out how to organize a more proper Huayen Yoga retreat in
the future. All of the participants are very pleased with what they have
learned and the course materials benefit their spiritual and physical
lives immensely.
It was with tremendous pleasure that I could spent the past week with
Eva and Harton of HYBCD (Detroit), before, during and after the retreat.
They are angels from heaven, giving HYBCO spiritual, financial and
physical support and encouragement for us to move on. Their honesty,
devotion and dedication to Huayen are admirable. The two of them are
true benevolent friends on the sometimes painful Bodhi Path.
Derek wrote the following about Eva and Harton: "Yes, Eva and Harton are
really precious friends that I ever met in my personal life journey. Now
I am working in New York, but I really miss the day with them in Ann
Arbor."
During the Yoga retreat, we went to Master Cheng Zong's Dharma talk.
Master mentioned something about "using the Dharma to protect the Dharma
以法護法". Yes the best way to safe-guard / flourish the Dharma is
through the proper using of the Dharma.
Special thanks to Betty for putting all the efforts in making this
retreat a success, her wholesome personality is growing and glowing, if
Betty does not mind my saying so.
And heart-pouring gratitude to all the participants of the retreat for
their FAITH in HYBCO in standing on the RIGHT PATH, without all of your
participation this retreat will not be as enchanting.
May our paths cross again in the very near future.
