TO: All Members of Huayen Buddhist Community of Ontario (“HYBCO”)

Dear Member:

This is a reminder that you are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Members of HYBCO on 30th May, 2010. The meeting will be held at Fantaxia Restaurant, 3555 Don Mills Rd., North York, Ontario at 5:30 p.m. (EST).

At the meeting we will:

1. review and approve the Minutes of AGM 2009

2. present the President’s Annual Report

3. appoint and approval of Accountant: Richard Lam - CGA

4. present and approve Comparable Financial Statements ending Dec 31, 2008 & 2009

5. present Slate of Nominees and acclaim the new board

6. discuss Upcoming Activities for 2010-2011

There are 5 Director positions on the Board. Since nomination is now closed, the five final nominees who are standing for election to the board are:

Listkowski, Grace Ng
Murphy, Miles
Tsang, Olivia
Wong, Betty

After the AGM meeting, HYBCO is organizing a dinner party at Fantaxia Restaurant, 3355 Don Mills Rd. (at the northeast corner of Don Mills and
Finch), North York at 7:00pm.

The cost for dinner is estimated to be $25- $30 per person. (Price and Menu to be confirmed).

Because of dinner reservation and seating capacity, please confirm
your attendance to both meeting and dinner by May 16 to me through email: otsang@huayenontario.org 

I will urge you to try to attending the meeting, to give us inputs on how we should plan the upcoming activities for 2010-2011.
