Morning Yoga Class 

1. Practice of poses, the 3 treasures of life.
2. Introduction to the complete yoga breathing.
3. Understanding the relationship between breathing and mind through breathing exercises.
4. Training to focus-knowing the emotional reactions within oneself.
5. The rule of yoga-from knowing to doing.
6. Adjusting to become a balanced diet.
